• Worked as President, Reception Committee, All India Veerashaiva Mahasabha 21st Convention held at BELGAUM- Inaugurated by His Highness Late Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharmaji, the then Vice President of India.

• Has been actively working for the upliftment of the farmer Community. Involved in the education of farmers with regard to growing commercial crops, dairy farming and poultry.

• Has worked for the welfare & education of the downtrodden Classes to raise their standard of living.

• Chairman for 5th Akhil Bharat Sharana Sahitya Parishad held at Belgaum.

• Honorary advisor for proposed Sanjay Gandhi Trust's Hospital & Medical Research Centre, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh

As a Educationalist

Chairman of K. L. E Society since 1984. His contribution towards the development of K. L. E. Society is commendable. As of today, K. L. E. Society is running a total number of 152 institutions right from Kindergarten to Post Graduate Level studies covering almost all branches : Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, Engineering, Ayurved & Information Technology etc. Since 1984 K. L. E. Society could start 77 new institution like Pharmacy, Nursing, Hotel Management, College of Education, Dental Science, Management Studies, Engineering, Polytechnics & School of Agricultural Training & Research, Collaboration of Society's J. N. Medical College, Belgaum with University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine, a Modern thousand bedded Hospital which is highly sophisticated well equipped and built up at the cost of over 110 Crores and an Intensive Care Unit at Hubli are the milestone in the History of K. L. E. Society . K. L. E. Hospital has gained recognition of many States, big organisations & establishments. K. L. E. Society has grown to a gigantic proportions and won a distinctive place in the educational life of Karnataka.
